The group

A holding, not an agency

OMNIA GROUP is a brand umbrella over three limited companies. It has no company ID and no employees of its own — it has three firms, a shared registered seat and one team of people who have worked together longer than the umbrella has existed.

What a client gets out of it

  1. Accountability is not passed on

The most common place a campaign breaks is neither the idea nor the budget — it is the handover between suppliers. The designer waits for copy, production for the script, the media agency for finished materials, and when the deadline slips everyone points at the next one along. Inside a group there is nobody to point at.

  2. Formats are settled before the shoot

When the same group plans the media and shoots the film, the list of required formats and durations is on the table before the lights go on. It sounds obvious. In practice it is the most common reason for a reshoot — and a reshoot costs more than the original shoot day.

  3. The whole budget is visible

The client has one budget, not three. They see how much goes to media space, how much to production and how much to the fee — and can move it around as results come in. If it turns out the campaign needs a better film rather than more airtime, that can happen without opening a new contract.

  4. A small group, the same people

The core team is 15 people across all three companies. The people you meet are the people who then run the campaign. It is the main thing a large network agency cannot offer, however much it would like to.

The legal structure

OMNIA GROUP is not a registered entity. It is a brand under which three separate limited companies with a shared registered seat operate. You therefore always contract with one of them, never with the group — and the invoice always names a specific company with a specific company ID.

It sounds like a formality, but it has a practical consequence: you know who is accountable for what, and nobody can hide behind “the group”. When something goes wrong, it is clear which company you take it up with.

Where the group does not help

  • Being a group is not an argument in itself. When an external supplier is cheaper for the brief, we say so — and sometimes we recommend that part of the work stays with whoever has been doing it for the client for years.
  • We cannot do everything. Large television productions with crews of dozens, international campaigns across twenty markets, or PR crisis communication are disciplines where it makes sense to go elsewhere.
  • Three companies does not mean three teams taking turns. We are a small group; when several large projects land at once, we quote a deadline we can meet, not the one you want to hear.

Not sure which company to approach?

Send one inquiry and we will sort it out internally. You will deal with one person, not three.
