Photo booth and 360° video booth

A booth at a company event is not an attraction but the most reliable source of content from the whole evening: people seek it out themselves, share the output instantly, and the brand stays on the print and in the gallery. That holds only with an attendant present — an unstaffed booth fades after an hour and goes unused before the night ends.

Who delivers it within the group

About the group

This service is led by OMNIA PRODUCTION. You contract with that company and it invoices you — OMNIA GROUP is a brand umbrella, not an entity you could contract with.

03

What comes out of the booth is brand material

A booth photograph travels further than most content an event produces: people take it home and share it themselves. So the frame, the backdrop and the graphics are not decoration but the one part of the event that leaves with the guests.

They are therefore prepared in the same identity as the other materials, and at company events tuned to what the event is for — recruitment, a product launch and a Christmas party each need a different tone.

04

What has to be agreed before the event

A booth needs a power supply, roughly three by three metres of floor and a spot where people actually walk — in a side corridor nobody finds it. A 360° platform needs more floor and more ceiling height.

So these are checked in advance, ideally against the floor plan. The same goes for publication: a gallery for the organiser is a given, but public sharing needs the guests’ consent.

Frequently asked

How long is the booth rented for?
Usually three to five hours, matching the busiest part of an event. A longer rental makes sense at all-day trade fairs. Transport, setup and takedown are not counted in that time.
What is the difference between a photo booth and a 360° video booth?
A photo booth prints, and people take the result away in their hand. A video booth prints nothing — it records a short clip that is shared instantly and lives on social. At a company event both work; at a trade-fair stand the video booth stops more people.
